AI DEVELOPMENT AND INTEGRATION, DELHI NCR
IfStatic is an AI development company in Delhi NCR that adds AI to software a business already runs: its website, WhatsApp number, CRM, accounts package or ERP. Picture a Khari Baoli spice trader taking orders on WhatsApp, a clinic answering the same appointment questions all day, or an Okhla unit retyping purchase orders. We build with OpenAI, Dialogflow, Make.com, Zapier and Python, keep a person in charge of uncertain answers, and quote running costs beside the build. Our team works from Greater Noida West and serves Delhi as a service area; a meeting can be arranged. See our AI integration services or ask for a free quote.

HOW A PROJECT RUNS

The first call is free and runs on video. Before it, please gather real material: 50 to 100 customer messages, a week of purchase orders, or your front desk's most common questions. A Delhi sample may mix English, Hindi and Hindi typed in Roman letters, and that mix decides which tools can cope. Together we pick one task, agree how success is judged, such as minutes per order, and list what the AI must never do.
Next we decide whether a hosted model through OpenAI's API, a Dialogflow agent or a plain rules flow fits, and which channel carries it: website, WhatsApp, email or an internal screen. We write down what the AI may read, what gets masked first, such as phone numbers or PAN details, and where processing happens. You then receive two figures, a build estimate and a monthly running estimate, because model and messaging fees grow with every conversation.
The pilot plugs into existing software through APIs, Make.com or Zapier, so a counter clerk in Chandni Chowk or an accounts assistant in Patparganj learns no new app. We replay a few hundred past messages or documents through it and show you a plain scorecard of right, wrong and unsure replies. Anything below the agreed confidence goes to a person, and every draft is logged with the inputs the AI was given.
Rollout starts small: one branch, one product line or one WhatsApp number, with staff approving AI replies for the first weeks. Your team corrects answers in a shared review screen, and those fixes shape the next prompt update. Prices and policies change, so the knowledge base needs an owner on your side. We also track usage fees against the monthly estimate and flag spikes before the invoice lands.
TOOLS WE USE

AI WE BUILD AND CONNECT
Visitors to DMRC's website already meet an AI assistant: a chat window called Chetna, which introduces itself as one. A clinic in Malviya Nagar, a showroom in Karol Bagh or an RWA office can offer similar help on its website or WhatsApp. It answers timings, fees and directions, books slots, and passes anything unclear to a named staff member with the chat attached.
The Economic Survey of Delhi 2025-26 calls the city the biggest trade and consumption centre in North India, and orders reach Walled City traders in every shape. An automation can read a typed WhatsApp order, a photographed list or an emailed PDF and match items to your price list. It then drafts the invoice in your accounting software and waits for one tap of approval, with Make.com or Zapier moving data between steps.
ITPO's New Delhi calendar lists Automation Expo North on 9-11 December 2026 and the Convergence India expo on 23-25 March 2027. Caterers, printers, hotels and cab operators near Pragati Maidan feel dates like these. A forecast trained on your past bookings plus the show calendar can suggest staffing and stock. If you hold less than a year of clean records, we say so and start with simple trends.
The city ranked sixth in total foreign tourist visits in 2024, with a 9.55% share, according to the Economic Survey highlights. A guesthouse in Paharganj or a hotel near Connaught Place may get reviews and emails in many languages. NLP can translate them, tag complaints by theme such as cleanliness or check-in, summarise each week and draft replies a manager edits before sending.
Delhi Tourism calls Bhagirath Palace Asia's largest market for electrical goods, its own claim, and points buyers of computers and computer parts to Nehru Place. Dealers there handle model numbers and serial labels all day. A phone camera with a vision model can read those labels, match them to purchase records and flag mismatches. On lines in Bawana or Narela, similar checks can spot missing parts, with a person confirming every reject.
IIT Delhi is second in the NIRF 2025 engineering ranking, and the IIIT-Delhi incubator in Okhla Phase III lists AI, data science, cybersecurity, robotics and drones among its domains. Founders there sometimes need a model trained on their own data, such as labelled images or sensor logs. We build and evaluate such models in Python, size the first prototype for early-stage budgets and report error rates on held-out test data.
MPD-2047 lists Naraina as the sub-city wholesale market for iron and steel, and the Economic Survey says 44% of the iron and steel brought into the capital is re-exported. A trader there cannot let an assistant guess rates or stock. We connect OpenAI models to your ERP, CRM or accounts through APIs, so answers come from current records. For a new customer app around the feature, see our app development work in Delhi.
MPD-2047 describes the city as a national healthcare hub and a destination for medical tourism. A hospital, lab or clinic group letting AI answer patient enquiries must see what it says. A dashboard shows enquiry volume by topic, the share handed to staff, unanswered questions, flagged replies and daily usage cost. A manager can then fix the knowledge base before a patient is misinformed.
