UI/UX DESIGN IN NOIDA
Need a UI/UX design company in Noida that plans screens around the way people here use their phones? IfStatic designs mobile app, website and dashboard interfaces in Figma for coaching institutes, housing-society services, retailers and incubator startups. Metro riders can already buy QR tickets inside NMRC's app, and addresses run by block and sector, so we shape checkout, booking and address steps around those habits. We are based in Greater Noida West, next to Noida, and cover the city as a service area. Reviews run over video and shared prototype links, and a workshop in person can be arranged. See our UI/UX design services.

HOW WE DESIGN

Discovery opens on a free video call about your business goal, who your users are and the single job each one comes to do. We then watch a few real users, say Sector 137 residents, Sector 62 students or your delivery riders, on today's app, website or paper routine to see where they stall. The output is a short brief listing user groups, pain points, success measures and open questions.
Each key journey, for example booking a slot, paying a maintenance bill or applying for admission, is drawn as a flow and then turned into grey-box wireframes in Figma. Wireframes decide the content and priority of every screen before anyone picks a colour, while changes still cost minutes. You leave comments directly on the frames through a shared link. Our UI/UX design process guide lists what to check at this stage.
Signed-off wireframes are dressed in your brand palette and typefaces, with Hindi beside English wherever your users need it. Unglamorous states get designed as well: an empty list, a wrong OTP, a declined UPI payment, a weak signal. Linked together, the screens form a clickable prototype you can open on your own handset. Try it with about five real users; every spot where they hesitate gets redrawn before development begins.
At handoff your developers get a tidy Figma file and a walkthrough call, so nothing rests on guesswork. Building with IfStatic too? Then the designers stay with the project through development. If your own team or another agency writes the code, we stay reachable for their questions and review the first build against the signed-off screens. Mismatches such as a cramped Hindi label or a missing loading state get caught before release.
TOOLS WE USE

WHAT WE DESIGN
Most phones in India run Android: StatCounter put its share of Indian mobile devices at 93.89% in September 2026. So we lay out and test screens on an entry-level Android handset before adapting them for iPhone. Doorstep services in Noida's group housing towers need flat details, a delivery slot and a cash or UPI choice. WaterGo, the bottled-water ordering app we designed, pairs flat details with the map location and takes advance bookings.
Shoppers around Sector 18 have plenty of choice: DLF Mall of India says its International Boulevard alone holds 100+ brands. A retailer's website has to win the first few seconds on a phone, so home and product pages show the offer, price, store timings and directions without a hunt. Filters, size charts and the WhatsApp or enquiry button sit within thumb reach, and the same layouts scale up cleanly for desktop visitors.
Each of the 115 builder projects on Noida Authority's group housing dashboard (2023 data) gets one row, tracking sanctioned flats, executed sub-leases and completion-certificate status. Developers, RWAs and facility managers want the same overview for their own towers, extended to dues, complaints and parking. We design sortable, filterable tables, status labels you can read at a glance and summary cards that answer a manager's first question without drilling down.
Behind every screen sits an order of steps, and it matters most in paperwork-heavy journeys. Noida Authority's online citizen services cover building plan approval, completion certificates, water bills and challans. Architects and property consultants who guide allottees through such processes need portals with a document checklist, save-and-resume forms, one visible status per application and plain error messages. We map each journey and its failure points before choosing colours or fonts.
Testing an idea as a prototype costs far less than testing it as code. Noida International Airport advertises a City Shuttle between the city and its terminal. Someone planning a shuttle-booking or airport-transfer app can hand real travellers a Figma prototype and watch where they get stuck. The same link then takes investors and mentors through a working journey long before development starts.
Picture a Sector 62 coaching brand with a student app, a parent portal and a counsellor dashboard. Without one shared system, those screens soon drift apart. Our Figma library holds colour and type tokens plus buttons, inputs, cards and icons, each with notes on when to use it. Accessibility belongs here too: WCAG 2.2 sets a 4.5:1 minimum contrast for body text and a 24 by 24 CSS pixel minimum for tap targets.
Good icons let people act without reading a label, useful when your users move between Hindi and English. Noida Authority runs separate helplines for street lights, construction waste pickup and stray dog complaints. An RWA or civic service app that sorts complaints the same way needs icons residents can tell apart instantly. Custom icon sets, empty-state illustrations and onboarding graphics share one grid and export at the sizes developers need.
An audit combines your analytics, a usability heuristics review and a handful of recorded sessions with users, and it ends with a ranked fix list. The Noida Metro app redesign concept applies that method to a familiar product: station-to-station trip planning, single or return QR tickets with a validity period, fares before payment, and ticket and transaction history together. It is our own concept, made for the IfStatic portfolio, not work for NMRC.
