UX RESEARCH, UI DESIGN AND PROTOTYPES FOR DELHI NCR
IfStatic is a UI/UX design company in Delhi NCR that researches, plans and designs mobile apps, websites and dashboards. We study your users, map their tasks, draw each screen in Figma or Adobe XD and test a clickable prototype before coding starts. Picture a QR menu for a Connaught Place restaurant, an appointment flow for a clinic or an order dashboard for a Naraina steel trader. Our designers work from Greater Noida West in the National Capital Region and serve Delhi as a service area. Reviews run on video calls and Figma links, and an in-person workshop can be arranged. See our UI/UX design services or ask for a free quote.

HOW THE DESIGN WORK RUNS

Work starts with a free video call about the business goal, such as fewer calls to a clinic's front desk. Then we talk to five or six real users and watch them attempt the task on your current app, site or paper form. In a Malviya Nagar clinic that could be the receptionist and three patients; in a Mayapuri workshop, a supervisor and two dealers. You get a one-page brief of user types, top tasks and problems to fix first.
Every task becomes a flow before any colour appears. Picture a visitor hiring a stall builder for a Yashobhoomi expo, a patient finding last month's lab report or a retailer repeating an order. Each gets its own path, drawn as grey wireframes. You open them on your phone from a Figma link and leave comments on the screens themselves. Our UI/UX design process guide shows what you approve at each stage.
Approved wireframes become finished screens in your colours and type, with Hindi labels wherever customers prefer them. We also design the awkward states: a failed UPI payment, no signal, an empty cart, closed today. Delhi Tourism lists Monday as the weekly closing day for Lajpat Nagar and Sarojini Nagar markets, so a shop page there should say so before anyone sets out. Contrast and tap sizes are checked, then real users try the linked prototype.
Developers receive a tidy Figma file with named components, colour and spacing styles, exported icons and notes on each interaction and error message. If your engineers or another agency will code it, we answer their questions and compare the first build with the approved screens. Our own developers can also build from the same file. Remote reviews also keep work moving whenever GRAP Stage III limits private offices in the city to half their staff on site.
TOOLS WE USE

WHAT WE DESIGN
Android ran on 93.89% of mobile devices in India in September 2026, according to StatCounter, so we design on budget Android screens first and adapt for iPhone. Delhi users also compare your app with ones they open daily. In a release dated 1 October 2026, DMRC said its Sarthi app had passed one crore downloads and covers metro maps, parking, EV charging points and medicine orders. Your app should feel as dependable, with a clear result after every tap.
MPD-2047 describes Connaught Place as a mix of office, hospitality, entertainment, retail and business activities. Visitors want a restaurant or showroom site that answers on a phone: which block, today's hours, a call button. Delhi Tourism splits CP into the Inner Circle, Blocks A to F, and the Outer Circle, Blocks G to P, so directions should use those letters. Digital Menu, a QR ordering app we designed, shows the table-side menu pattern.
MPD-2047 names Naraina for iron and steel and Kirti Nagar for timber among the city's sub-city wholesale markets. Traders there need screens a billing clerk reads in seconds: party-wise orders, credit limits, dispatch status and alerts. If reports group buyers by district, filters should follow the 13 revenue districts notified in December 2025. Kimoor, a book-renting app we designed, shows the admin side: issuing books, tracking returns and managing stock in one panel.
MPD-2047 calls Delhi a national healthcare hub and a destination for medical tourism. The Economic Survey highlights count 40 multispecialty and super-specialty hospitals and 48 polyclinics in GNCTD's own network. Hospital journeys involve several people: the patient, a relative booking on their behalf, the billing desk and the doctor. We map each role's path, from choosing a department to downloading a report, and remove steps that send people back to a queue.
A clickable prototype lets you test an idea before paying for code. The Economic Survey counts 83 start-ups at the SSCBS Innovation and Incubation Foundation and 42 at IGDTUW's Anveshan Foundation as of 30 November 2025. Founders in programmes like these can link Figma screens into a flow that runs on a phone. They can watch five users try it, fix what confuses them and show mentors a working journey.
MPD-2047 lists 23 District Centres, among them Rajendra Place, Bhikaji Cama Place, Janakpuri and Laxmi Nagar, planned for retail, financial services, offices and hospitality. A brand with outlets in several, plus an app and a website, soon ends up with mismatched buttons and colours. A design system prevents that: one documented Figma library of type, colour, spacing, icons and components, so every new screen looks like the same business.
Delhi Tourism calls Bhagirath Palace Asia's largest market for electrical goods and notes that it also sells medical equipment and medicines. A catalogue that mixes such categories needs icons a buyer can scan faster than words, in Hindi or English. We draw custom icon sets, category illustrations and empty-state graphics on one grid and stroke weight, exported as SVG so they stay sharp on entry-level phones and large monitors.
People here are used to finishing official tasks online. The Economic Survey says more than 70 lakh applicants used the Transport Department's faceless services for driving licences, vehicle registration and permits between February 2021 and March 2026. If your booking or checkout form feels harder than that, people quit. Our audit combines analytics, a heuristic review and recorded sessions, then ranks fixes so the redesign starts where customers drop off.
