PROCESS
We start where the work happens. Our office is in Greater Noida West, so we can visit your plant, warehouse or campus office and watch an order, an admission or a dispatch move from start to finish. We note every spreadsheet, register and Tally export in use, who touches each step, and which reports your managers actually read.
Those notes become a module map: masters, transactions, approvals, reports and user roles. You click through a Figma prototype before any code is written, and shop-floor screens can carry Hindi labels if your supervisors prefer them. We then agree a first release that fixes your most expensive problem and park the rest for later phases.
Development runs in two-week cycles on a stack such as Laravel, Node.js or Django with MySQL. At the end of each cycle you test working screens, not slides. Links to Tally, payment gateways, email and SMS alerts are built and tested inside those same cycles, so nothing is bolted on in a rush at the end.
Before launch we load a month of your real records and run the old and new systems side by side. Go-live is timed away from your peak, such as month-end dispatch or a trade fair week at India Expo Mart in Knowledge Park-II. Supervisors get hands-on training and written guides, and support continues after launch for fixes and upgrades.

Gautam Buddha Nagar's One District One Product is readymade garments, and the ODOP portal also names electronics and engineering as district industries. Apparel and job-work units often track styles, sizes, colours and outsourced stitching in separate sheets. Custom software holds that whole order-to-dispatch chain in one place, using your own codes and stages.
Plants here run at real scale: CNH makes over 3,000 tractor variants at its Greater Noida facility, and Haier is taking its plant from 1.5 million to 4 million AC units a year. Smaller suppliers in Ecotech and Udyog Vihar need an ERP that handles bills of material, purchase schedules, stock, quality records and GST invoicing.
India Expo Mart says it hosted 146 events and exhibitions in its last three fiscals, and UP's MSME Minister put UPITS 2026 at over 2,400 exhibitors and stakeholders. If you exhibit, a CRM can capture stall visitors on a tablet, tag them by product and country, and schedule follow-ups so leads from a five-day show do not go cold.
Knowledge Park II and III house institutions such as Sharda University, Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology and GL Bajaj. Colleges and training institutes handle admission enquiries, document checks, fee reminders and approval chains in bulk. Workflow tools route each step to the right person, send reminders on schedule and keep an audit trail.
Townships in Greater Noida West, also called Noida Extension, run their own commercial complexes; Gaur City lists City Plaza and City Galleria among its in-township facilities. If you own shops, restaurants or a clinic across such complexes, a dashboard can pull billing data from each outlet into one daily view of sales, stock and staff hours.
The cargo terminal at Noida International Airport, built by AISATS, uses the IATA E-Freight system and starts with capacity for 200,000 tonnes a year. Exporters and forwarders shipping through it will need software that exchanges shipment data electronically. We build APIs that connect your system with logistics partners, Tally, Razorpay and other platforms you already use.
When staff work across a plant, a warehouse and a sales office, one shared cloud system beats copies on separate PCs. Even GNIDA has invited bids for its own cloud services and disaster recovery. We build cloud applications on AWS with role-based access, daily backups and a recovery plan, so one failed hard disk does not stop the business.
GNIDA's May 2025 industrial plot e-auction offered plots of 450 to 8,000 sq m across Ecotech and Udyog Vihar sectors, and NICDC's IIT-GN township offers 2 to 15 acre plots. Moving into a new unit is a natural point to retire an old desktop system. We migrate your masters and history in stages, so billing and dispatch keep running.
